Existing patients should click the button below to be redirected to the  schedule portal and make their appointment.  (We updated the system in January of 2023, so you may have to create a new log-in.)

NEW PATIENTS can schedule their appointments the same way.   You will have to follow the steps at the end and create a log-in.  You will also receive an email that will contain a link for you to complete your New Patient Paperwork.  Fill it out online and make sure you click submit at the end.  Any new patient appointment that is missing paperwork at the end of office hours the work day before that appointment will have to re-schedule that appointment.
